Refund policy
Refunds & Returns
All pieces available at Under One Roof are thoughtfully sourced second-hand and pre-loved items, giving garments a new life and supporting a more circular approach to fashion. As pre-loved pieces, some items may show gentle signs of wear.
We take great care to accurately represent each item through images and detailed descriptions so you can shop with confidence. We are unable to offer full refunds or returns for change of mind.
In certain cases, you may, at our discretion, be eligible for store credit, provided items are returned in the same condition as they were received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty. Please note that general wear, minor flaws, and characteristics typical of second-hand and pre-loved items are not considered faults.
All requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be made within a reasonable timeframe, ideally 7 business days of receiving your order. If you would like to enquire, please contact us at uor.studio@gmail.com with your order details. Please note that store credit is issued at our discretion and is non-transferable.

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, significantly not as described, or not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a refund. Please note that sizing interpretation, fit variation, or styling expectations are not considered faults under Australian Consumer Law.

Still feeling stuck with what to do?
We believe every piece deserves a continued life beyond its first wear. If an item isn’t quite right for you, we encourage you to keep it in the cycle of circular fashion, whether that’s passing it on to a friend or family member, reselling it, or donating it back into your local community.
Each small act helps extend the lifespan of every garment and keeps it moving through a more conscious fashion system.
